Spring Back

Catching up....

In March I did a cake for a cute little girl in our neighborhood. They did a huge 1st birthday party with the Princess and the Frog theme. Everything went fairly well cake wise. But through some research I have done over the last month- i have learned SOOO much about cake decorating. I wish I had known this stuff years ago. Now that I know more I want to do another layer cake. i am pretty sure I have perfected the structure part (not on this cake though). But I sure loved the colors of this one.

We had the craziest Easter Egg Hunt. There was snow on the ground and it was COLD. But the kids still had fun. Deidre had donuts and hot chocolate- which was perfect. :)

My uber trendy Halle is all into owls right now. So that was the theme she wanted (Night Owl Party). Check out the cute necklace she got from Jaclyn. I wish I had a picture of the owl shirt my friend Kim made her- so cute. I have super crafty friends- so Halle definately benefitted from that :) Oh and you know we got jiggy with "Just Dance" (by far my favorite wii game) I can't beat Aleesha- but I can beat a bunch of 8 year olds. :)
